Breakfast: a piece of white bread with butter, soft-boiled egg, 100 ml. orange juice.
Lunch: some boiled beans and lettuce, bread and butter and an orange.
Dinner: a piece of boiled lean pork, mashed potatoes, stewed zucchini and carrots. A glass of yogurt, 100 grams of fresh pineapple, an orange.
Breakfast: two slices of bread with butter and two slices of cheese, a slice of melon.
Lunch: salad of boiled beets, carrots and herbs, a portion of rice with beef, orange.
Dinner: some boiled chicken with sweet pepper, boiled Brussels sprouts and broccoli, orange.
This diet is allowed to practice no more than twice a month.
